Automation of doors
The client scans the card at the entrance to the locker room, and if they have an active subscription, the door opens.
The client can choose an available locker, and the locking and unlocking is done by scanning the card (if it was locked with a card, it can only be unlocked with the same card – further details need to be discussed).
Membership management system
The requested information can include: email, phone number, photo, age, height, weight (these are not mandatory and can be completed by the client later when they log into the application).
The client signs the privacy policy and GDPR agreement on the touchscreen at the gym or checks it at home when creating a membership account. The system saves the image with the signature.
There is an option to take a photo of the client when creating their account.
Payment can be made in cash and online. In both cases, the payment is made after the gym employee selects the subscription.
A fiscal receipt can be generated directly from the application.
